Accessible Wedding Venue I read a comment on Facebook recently saying how people don't talk about if a venue is accessible and I realised I had rarely talked about this online, which is awful as it is a topic close to my heart.   My mother was paralysed from the chest down when I was 3 years old, so I grew up with a mother in a wheelchair and know lots about accessibility problems.  I have lifted her wheelchair up steps and stood outside many toilets not letting anyone in as my Mum could not shut the door!  A lot of this blog is written to give wheelchair users details about the venue, but we are here to help with any accessibility issues so if you have any questions please do click here to contact us . Often it just sits as  a piece of furniture to the right of the bar but some couple choose to use it. Rather than simply serving as a piece of furniture, it offers an opportunity to add warmth, personality, and cohesion to the overall design of the day.
