Camping for a wedding at Furtho Manor Farm

We have a couple of areas we allow for camping for wedding guests.  

Either in the field by the house, which we also use for parking in the summer, or down by the lake.  

The wedding couple will have the choice of which area not the wedding guests !  

Down by the lake is normally only used if couples are glamping and have hired in bell tents.

The what3words location for the entrance to the car park field is hamsters.assurance.thumps



Below is  a map of the Furtho Manor Farm buildings, weddings take place in either The Barn or in the courtyard in Furtho East - which on the map below is The Ceremony room.  

Camping at weddings is free of charge at a summer wedding reception (May to September) on the night of a wedding and £10 per person for the night before.

Tents, caravans and campervans are allowed.  These are all brought on to the farm at the owner's risk.




If you are camping at a wedding there are toilets and one shower available. As you come out of the camping field these are to the right. The black door in the white painted building.









Whilst if you are camping down by the lake the wedding barn toilets will be left open.


On the day before a wedding you may set up from 2pm, whilst on the day of a wedding you can set up from 10am.  


* No camp Fires

* No loud music in the camping field after 10 pm

* No pets 

* We do not have electric hook ups



Campers and tents need to have left the field by 12 noon on the day of leaving.

Wedding Couples Information

  Wedding Couples Information Please make sure you both read the below information and if you have other people setting up in the barn they must also read it. Access For a Saturday wedding you can have access to the barn on a Thursday & Friday from 9 am to 9 pm and everything needs to be cleared away by Sunday midday. Whilst for a Tuesday wedding access is available on the Monday at 9 am to 9pm and everything must be cleared away by Wednesday midday.  Then access is from 8am on the morning of a wedding. Accommodation We have in total five bed and breakfast rooms. Three in the farmhouse which all can be double, twin, family (2 adults and 2 children), triple or single rooms and two at The Lodge, just next door which can be double or single occupancy only.
